Where we ship

Product availability and shipping options depend on the delivery address shown at checkout. Our initial tracked fulfillment route is configured for the United States. Products marked “Concept Preview” are currently unavailable and cannot be ordered.

Processing and delivery estimates

For products released for purchase, estimated processing is 1–3 business days after payment and address review. Our U.S. Tracked Standard option is estimated at 7–14 business days in transit after dispatch. A typical total estimate is therefore 8–17 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, customs or carrier disruptions.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. The checkout rate and delivery window shown for your address control if they differ from this general policy.

Rates, tracking, and split shipments

Available rates are displayed in USD at checkout. U.S. Tracked Standard is currently $7.95. Tracking is emailed after the fulfillment partner dispatches the parcel; the carrier may need several days to show its first scan. Items may arrive in separate parcels when different fulfillment locations are used.

Address changes and delivery issues

Review the delivery address before paying. Contact aahim7406@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If tracking shows an unusual delay, delivery failure, loss, or damage, email us with the order number so we can investigate with the carrier and fulfillment partner.

Taxes and duties

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout when required. Customers are responsible for any lawful import charges or duties disclosed for their destination unless checkout states that those charges are included.
