Overview and acceptance

This website is operated by Resto Glow through SaaSFramer LLC. Throughout the site, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Resto Glow. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on this site. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, and delivery information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Products and concept previews

We aim to describe products accurately. Colors and scale may vary by device and environment. Products marked “Concept Preview” are unavailable, use original illustrative imagery rather than exact product photographs, and are subject to physical-sample and fulfillment approval before sale. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct descriptions, availability, and pricing.

Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are shown in USD unless checkout states otherwise. An order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until we send confirmation and successfully process payment. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for inventory, verification, fraud, pricing, shipping, legal, or fulfillment reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and duties are handled as shown at checkout and in the applicable policy.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Fulfillment may be performed by approved third-party partners, including CJdropshipping, and orders may arrive in separate parcels. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy the service unlawfully; impersonate another person; or violate the rights of Resto Glow, Shopify, our partners, or others. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers, or legal rights.

Intellectual property and feedback

The Resto Glow name, site design, original imagery, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without written permission. Product and third-party names remain the property of their respective owners. If you voluntarily submit feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it to improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify, and we use third parties for payments, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and support. Those providers may process information or perform services as described in our Privacy Policy. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their independent content or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except where prohibited by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resto Glow and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the service or material breach of these Terms.

Changes, severability, and governing rules

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and, where required, giving notice of material changes. These Terms are governed by applicable law at our U.S. business location, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
